Sources and recruits technical, sales, and leadership candidates for MSP and technology services roles. Manages full-cycle recruiting from proactive outreach and screening through offer acceptance, evaluates technical qualifications and cultural fit, presents candidates to hiring managers, maintains talent pipelines, and supports recruiting strategy and market intelligence. The role is part-time, remote, and structured as a 1099 independent contractor position.

Generate outbound pipeline through phone, email, and LinkedIn prospecting; qualify inbound leads; engage executive decision-makers; book qualified meetings; collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and GTM leadership; attend industry events; and consistently meet activity, meeting, and pipeline targets while progressing toward a Business Technology Associate promotion.

Implements IT projects and client integrations, deploying Microsoft technologies, cloud systems, network infrastructure, security solutions, and disaster recovery plans. Designs and troubleshoots Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, WAN/LAN, firewalls, switching, VoIP, hardware, and business applications. Collaborates with project managers, partner success managers, and sales teams on assessments, consultations, technical solutions, escalations, and project workflows.
