Sell consultative managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to mid-market SMBs. Own full sales cycle and new-logo MRR, engage executive buyers, develop proposals and IT roadmaps, maintain pipeline in HubSpot/ConnectWise, and represent Entech at local events.

Support Engineers provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for users, handling service requests for Windows systems, Microsoft services, and hardware issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Configure, stage, deploy, repair, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment for MSP partners. Manage inventory and asset tracking, document work in ConnectWise, perform onsite deployments and basic network troubleshooting, and maintain an organized depot.

Lead technical onboarding, upboarding, and offboarding for client-partners. Perform technical discovery, document environments, deploy standards and security solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, support migrations, and transfer knowledge to ensure operational readiness and standardized transitions.
