Configure, stage, deploy, repair, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment for Entech partners. Manage inventory and asset tracking in the depot, perform onsite deployments and user setups, and document configurations and deployments in ConnectWise. Assist with loading and validating configurations on switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure while troubleshooting hardware and basic network issues.

Provide Tier 1/2 reactive and proactive IT support for MSP clients: troubleshoot Windows desktops/servers, Microsoft 365/Azure, networking, VPNs, printers, backups and alerts; manage ticket queue, communicate with customers, escalate when needed.
