Lead technical onboarding, upboarding, and offboarding for client-partners. Perform technical discovery, document environments, deploy standards and security solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, support migrations, and transfer knowledge to ensure operational readiness and standardized transitions.

Serve as strategic liaison and trusted advisor to partners, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. Deliver IT roadmaps, budgets, renewals, and consultative IT strategy. Manage pipeline, service requests via ConnectWise, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain proactive partner communication and expectations.

Provide Tier 1/2 reactive and proactive IT support for MSP clients: troubleshoot Windows desktops/servers, Microsoft 365/Azure, networking, VPNs, printers, backups and alerts; manage ticket queue, communicate with customers, escalate when needed.
