Prospect into healthcare, financial services, and professional services accounts; conduct outbound outreach, qualify inbound leads, engage executive decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. The role uses HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator while collaborating with CRO, GTM, and Marketing teams to refine messaging and build scalable pipeline. Successful candidates consistently meet activity and pipeline targets and progress toward an Account Executive or Business Technology Associate promotion.

Architects and presents technical IT solutions in support of sales, responds to proposals and information requests, and advises customers on infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and migration needs. Determines customer requirements and budgets, develops project charters and statements of work, estimates timelines and labor, facilitates sales-to-project handoffs, and participates in post-project reviews. The role also researches new services, guides peers, and requires advanced Microsoft, networking, virtualization, security, and project management expertise.

Implements IT projects and client integrations, deploying Microsoft technologies, cloud systems, network infrastructure, security solutions, and disaster recovery plans. Designs and troubleshoots Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, WAN/LAN, firewalls, switching, VoIP, hardware, and business applications. Collaborates with project managers, partner success managers, and sales teams on assessments, consultations, technical solutions, escalations, and project workflows.
