Leads secure network engineering for defense ground systems across development, integration, testing, operations, and sustainment. Responsibilities include network architecture, cybersecurity compliance, COMSEC and cryptographic device management, MBSE artifacts, systems engineering, integration and test, vulnerability assessments, STIG and RMF documentation, TEMPEST protection, infrastructure installation, and operational support. The role also contributes to program schedules, technical reviews, risk management, and mission-partner interoperability, with up to 25% travel.

Leads execution of a $200M+ NASA IT modernization program covering cloud, data, applications, security, testing, and operations. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, compliance, subcontractors, contract performance, and cross-functional technical teams. Serves as the primary liaison among NASA, contractors, subcontractors, and technical stakeholders. Oversees agile delivery, personnel performance, reporting, process improvement, contract modifications, and task-order proposals for mission-critical science data systems.

Leads project management and site operations supporting Space Delta 8 and the Wideband Global SATCOM System. Provides operational oversight, project leadership, presentations, oral briefings, and timely issue response during and after duty hours. Requires extensive project management, satellite communications, and telecommunications experience, along with an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance. PMP certification is preferred.
