Direct live and recorded racing and studio broadcasts across Trackside channels. Coordinate presenters, graphic operators, production crews, outside broadcast teams, and external providers while managing timing, sponsorship requirements, and on-air content. Backend-focused platform engineering role for a junior-to-mid-level developer. Responsibilities include building scalable services with Golang or Python, querying relational and MongoDB databases, working with APIs and microservices, troubleshooting through Loki and Grafana, contributing to code reviews and documentation, and completing smaller JavaScript and React tasks. The role also involves Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, collaboration across teams, and autonomous delivery of small features and bug fixes.

Lead test strategy and embed shift-left quality across the delivery lifecycle. Coach teams, design scalable automation for API, mobile, and frontend, triage defects, improve reliability and performance, and apply AI-supported techniques to enhance testing efficiency.
