Own Ent’s technical marketing narrative by translating its cybersecurity platform into compelling demos, messaging, content, competitive positioning, launch materials, and sales enablement. Build technical demos, create solution briefs and videos, analyze competitors, train sellers, present to technical and executive audiences, and relay market feedback to product and engineering teams. The role requires cybersecurity knowledge, strong storytelling, and experience marketing technical B2B software in a fast-moving environment.

Designs and ships macOS endpoint detection and response agents, including privileged daemons, system extensions, telemetry instrumentation, event correlation, prevention logic, and tamper protection. The role requires optimizing high-volume sensor performance, building automated and VM-based tests, resolving customer escalations, and partnering with security research, AI, platform, and product teams. It also involves code review, mentoring, release-quality ownership, and on-call support.

Own the enterprise customer journey from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Serve as a technical product expert for Engineering, DevOps, IT, and Security stakeholders; define and track customer success, identify growth opportunities, manage escalations, relay feedback to Product and Engineering, develop customer stories, and help build scalable customer success playbooks and metrics.

Conduct frontier AI/ML research and development for workspace security problems. Develop novel AI workflows, models, algorithms, and theoretical frameworks by combining advanced statistical modeling, applied mathematics, and state-of-the-art approaches. Deliver practical industry solutions and contribute through research publications, code, talks, patents, or startup experience.

Build and optimize production systems for heterogeneous machine learning models, including small models, medium models, and LLMs. Develop distributed systems for large-scale data processing, model training and validation, experimentation, deployment, and CI/CD. Ensure system robustness, scalability, and long-term maintainability while supporting data management and evolving model-development workflows.

Build Ent’s forward-deployed engineering function by leading cybersecurity product deployments for strategic customers. Configure and validate endpoint security, insider risk, DLP, EDR, security awareness, and AI security modules; translate customer workflows into scalable deployment patterns; create playbooks, documentation, training, and metrics; provide product feedback; and collaborate with security research teams to improve detection and prevention capabilities.

Build and own a cross-platform endpoint security agent, including collection, policy evaluation, enforcement, transport, installers, updates, offline behavior, diagnostics, and performance controls. Develop secure, reliable software for Windows, macOS, or Linux; maintain testing and CI infrastructure; integrate with backend services and browser extensions; handle escalations; and participate in code and design reviews plus on-call support.

Build Ent’s endpoint data-protection layer for classifying sensitive data, tracing provenance, and enforcing egress policies across devices, applications, networks, removable media, browsers, and AI tools. Develop cross-platform interception and content inspection capabilities, integrate on-device language models, optimize performance, produce forensic evidence, investigate compatibility issues, and improve detection precision for enterprise customers.

Build and maintain Linux endpoint detection and response sensors using kernel and user-mode components, eBPF, LSM, and audit subsystems. Develop high-fidelity detection and prevention, anti-tamper protections, telemetry, performance optimizations, and automated testing. Investigate severe customer escalations involving crashes, hangs, regressions, and missed detections. Collaborate across security research, AI, platform, and product teams while mentoring engineers and supporting release quality and on-call responsibilities.

Support complex enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles from technical discovery through proof of value and deployment planning. Demonstrate an intent-aware security platform to security leaders and executives, translate technical challenges into solution strategies, lead demonstrations and evaluations, and advise customers throughout the sales process. Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Technical Marketing while contributing customer feedback to product development.

Designs and ships Windows kernel- and user-mode endpoint security components for EDR detection and prevention. Responsibilities include OS-level instrumentation, telemetry enrichment, on-box correlation, interception logic, anti-tamper protections, performance optimization, automated testing, crash and performance troubleshooting, and customer escalation resolution. Partners with security research, AI, platform, and product teams while mentoring engineers and supporting agent release quality.

Own complex enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles from pipeline generation through close. Sell Ent’s security platform to CISOs and executive buyers at Global 2000 organizations, leveraging established security-leader relationships to open opportunities and accelerate deals. Partner with technical marketing and sales engineering on demonstrations and deal progression. Cybersecurity sales experience is required, with endpoint security experience preferred.

Build and deploy AI agents, copilots, automations, integrations, and data tools that improve business operations. Embed with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, prioritize business systems, and own solutions from discovery through adoption and measurement. Integrate AI responsibly with strong governance, security, evaluations, and guardrails. Train teams, maintain an ROI-ranked AI backlog, and report impact to executive leadership.
