Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, schedule patients accurately, complete initial patient registration, route inquiries, and provide courteous support to patients, providers, and clinic staff. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and efficiency while managing multiple priorities in a remote clinical environment.

Perform patient-facing duties including taking medical histories, vitals, allergy skin testing, and injections; prepare and mix allergy vials per policy; manage EHR, documentation, inventory, and clinic administrative tasks while maintaining compliance and a clean clinical environment.

Lead and supervise clinical support staff (Medical Assistants), manage scheduling, timecards, and staffing to ensure efficient patient flow. Oversee exam room readiness, inventory, EMR documentation, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA. Support onboarding, training, performance reviews, recruitment, and coordinate with practice leadership on operational goals.
