Manage and grow a dedicated book of middle-market commercial insurance clients through service, renewals, cross-selling, and new business quoting. Act as liaison with carriers, resolve claims and billing issues, maintain agency management systems, meet retention targets, and produce management reports while supporting team collaboration and compliance.
