Full-time on-site junior accountant responsible for maintaining financial records, booking purchase entries, preparing journal vouchers and cash payments. Use accounting software to record transactions, ensure accuracy, and produce reliable reports while collaborating with the team.

Lead and motivate regional sales managers and the bidding team; develop and execute sales strategy, set and achieve targets, manage export sales, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, implement training, and travel to clients and industry events to drive revenue growth.

Lead HR and administrative functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, office and vendor management, HRIS maintenance, budgeting, staff mentoring, and strategic HR initiatives.
