Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager HR & Admin to join our team in Jaipur, India. In this role, you will oversee both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems
- Coordinate office operations, including facilities management and vendor relations
- Develop and maintain HR and administrative budgets
- Implement and maintain HR information systems and databases
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs
- Lead and mentor HR and administrative staff
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office management
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Experience in performance management and employee development
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
