Drives revenue growth for a luxury resort by managing the full sales cycle for group, corporate, wellness, wedding, and social-event business. Responsibilities include prospecting, account development, site visits, proposals, contract negotiation, upselling, forecasting, CRM management, and client relationship management. The role partners with resort teams to ensure successful event execution and represents the resort at trade shows and networking activities.

Leads the hotel’s human resources function, advising leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, compensation, training, engagement, and retention. Oversees HR processes, investigations, leave administration, personnel records, workplace safety initiatives, HR metrics, and the Human Resources Coordinator while partnering with corporate HR, payroll, finance, legal counsel, and hotel leadership.

Generate group revenue by developing, acquiring, and managing corporate, incentive, association, and intermediary accounts. Cultivate client relationships, create customized group programs, represent the resort at site visits and events, collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution, maintain sales data in Delphi, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue, room night, ADR, and profitability targets.
