Lead Engineer supervises hotel facilities maintenance and staff, manages preventative maintenance, room renovations, HVAC, boilers, elevators, life-safety systems, and equipment. Oversees repairs, parts inventory, budgeting, vendor scheduling, and safety compliance while developing the maintenance team.

Generate group revenue by developing, acquiring, and managing corporate, incentive, association, and intermediary accounts. Cultivate client relationships, create customized group programs, represent the resort at site visits and events, collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution, maintain sales data in Delphi, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue, room night, ADR, and profitability targets.

Lead front office operations (front desk, valet/bell, retail, security) to deliver luxury guest experiences. Train, schedule and supervise staff, manage check-in/out, guest recognition and complaints, coordinate with housekeeping/engineering, analyze feedback and ensure brand standards.

Manage staffing, training, budgets, inventory, SOPs, sanitation, POS and payroll, and collaborate with F&B leadership to uphold luxury service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Lead a reservations team to deliver luxury, white-glove service across phone, email, CRM and consortium channels. Manage VVIP bookings, enforce rate integrity, analyze lost conversions, train staff, run quality checks, maintain guest preference records, troubleshoot Opera PMS in real time, and implement zero-error protocols for special requests.

Performs cleaning and linen transport, strips departure rooms, maintains guest room exteriors and attendant linen closets, cleans balconies and golf carts, reports deficiencies, follows safety protocols, and provides reliable, guest-focused service. Requires weekend/holiday availability, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and US work authorization.

Prepare and maintain financial records for two hotel properties, process bi‑weekly payroll, manage guest house billing, and support accounting tasks including chargebacks and group billing while ensuring compliance with GAAP and hotel policies.

Lead and manage all rooms-division operations to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain Forbes 4-Star and Michelin 2-Key standards. Oversee staffing, hiring, training, budgets, vendor negotiations, daily property inspections, interdepartmental coordination, guest relations, and special projects. Serve on the executive committee and act for the GM when absent, while driving revenue, efficiency, and team development.

Lead financial operations for a hotel organization: manage staff, oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll compliance, contracts, internal controls, and risk management to ensure fiscal health and operational efficiency.

Performs cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms, public areas, event center, restaurant, and hotel grounds. Transports linen/supplies, empties waste, maintains furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, and performs basic room inspections and laundry tasks.

Lead and supervise front desk agents to ensure seamless check-in/check-out, resolve guest issues, manage reservations and VIP services, train staff, oversee cash/billing, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance, and maintain luxury brand standards and guest confidentiality.

Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing for the resort, restaurants, and spa: manage marketing calendar, produce brand-aligned collateral, create content, coordinate agencies, capture on-property photo/video, assist email and paid media efforts, maintain website and third-party listings, and support PR/influencer activities while ensuring brand consistency.

Perform overnight housekeeping duties: clean and service guest rooms and public spaces, maintain the linen room, report maintenance and lost-and-found, secure equipment and supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a clean, safe guest environment.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, restaurant, spa, offices and public areas. Support Engineer 2 on PM projects, HVAC/mechanical service, troubleshooting, shift coverage, logbook entries, and maintain safe work practices while working independently.

Supervise guest-area operations to ensure excellent service, inspect staff appearance, perform opening/closing duties, monitor room availability and guest safety, complete maintenance work orders and inventories, manage cash bank and supplies, and communicate with guests and departments.

Supervise stewarding team and support the Executive Chef to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment readiness. Oversee equipment maintenance, restocking, inventory checks, staff training, and compliance with health and safety standards. Coach staff, coordinate with outlets and engineering, support sustainability and continuous improvement, and work flexible shifts.

Perform banquet and meeting room set ups and breakdowns, maintain and clean banquet equipment and function rooms, assist team members, handle guest requests, adhere to safety, liquor and hotel policies, and maintain communication with supervisors.
