Overnight Security staff patrol hotel property, protect guests and assets, investigate incidents, respond to alarms, monitor the pool, and complete reports. The role also supports guest services, cleaning, preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, HVAC and electrical troubleshooting, and OSHA safety compliance. Candidates must work flexible overnight shifts, communicate effectively, stand and walk for extended periods, and maintain professional conduct. Hotel, security, incident response, de-escalation, and maintenance experience are relevant.

Leads hotel engineering and facilities operations, overseeing complex high-rise building systems, maintenance, safety, compliance, capital projects, vendors, budgets, and energy efficiency. Builds and develops the Engineering team, establishes preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoots infrastructure issues, plans equipment replacements and renovations, and ensures reliable building performance that supports guest and associate experiences.

Performs cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms, public areas, event center, restaurant, and hotel grounds. Transports linen/supplies, empties waste, maintains furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, and performs basic room inspections and laundry tasks.

Generate group revenue by developing, acquiring, and managing corporate, incentive, association, and intermediary accounts. Lead and manage all rooms-division operations to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain Forbes 4-Star and Michelin 2-Key standards. Oversee staffing, hiring, training, budgets, vendor negotiations, daily property inspections, interdepartmental coordination, guest relations, and special projects. Serve on the executive committee and act for the GM when absent, while driving revenue, efficiency, and team development.

Lead and supervise front desk agents to ensure seamless check-in/check-out, resolve guest issues, manage reservations and VIP services, train staff, oversee cash/billing, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance, and maintain luxury brand standards and guest confidentiality.

Perform overnight housekeeping duties: clean and service guest rooms and public spaces, maintain the linen room, report maintenance and lost-and-found, secure equipment and supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a clean, safe guest environment.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, restaurant, spa, offices and public areas. Support Engineer 2 on PM projects, HVAC/mechanical service, troubleshooting, shift coverage, logbook entries, and maintain safe work practices while working independently.

Supervise stewarding team and support the Executive Chef to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment readiness. Oversee equipment maintenance, restocking, inventory checks, staff training, and compliance with health and safety standards. Coach staff, coordinate with outlets and engineering, support sustainability and continuous improvement, and work flexible shifts.

Perform banquet and meeting room set ups and breakdowns, maintain and clean banquet equipment and function rooms, assist team members, handle guest requests, adhere to safety, liquor and hotel policies, and maintain communication with supervisors.
