Lead hotel engineering operations, managing building systems, preventive maintenance, inspections, safety compliance, critical equipment certification, engineering projects, budgets, vendors, and team development. The role oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, generators, elevators, and emergency systems while supporting guest satisfaction and efficient property operations.

Directs operations across three hotel food-and-beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, luxury standards, sanitation, profitability, and compliance. Leads restaurant managers and staff through hiring, scheduling, coaching, training, performance management, and SOP development. Oversees labor, purchasing, inventory, budgets, reporting, cash handling, payroll, service-charge distribution, and revenue-management systems. Collaborates with hotel department heads and the Director of F&B to execute service standards, sales strategies, and team-development programs.

Manage hotel operations across front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and engineering support. Supervise staff, uphold Hyatt and Ensemble standards, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate training, support recruiting, review maintenance and cleaning programs, assist with financial reporting, and oversee hotel operations during the General Manager’s absence. The role requires flexible day or evening availability and 40–50 hours over five days.
