Supervises hotel guest-area operations, ensuring staff coordination and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include monitoring room availability, safety, and guest well-being; inspecting staff presentation; completing opening and closing duties; handling maintenance work orders, inventories, supply requisitions, cash banks, and closing announcements.

Leads hotel engineering and facilities operations, overseeing complex high-rise building systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, capital projects, vendors, budgets, and a 24/7 Engineering team. Diagnoses infrastructure issues, develops sustainable corrective solutions, plans replacements and renovations, improves energy efficiency, and ensures the property supports excellent guest and associate experiences.

Supervises hotel front office operations during assigned shifts, leads front desk staff, supports check-ins and check-outs, resolves guest concerns, coordinates with hotel departments, reviews arrivals and room assignments, assists with training and scheduling, manages cash-handling controls and shift reports, and maintains Hilton service standards.
