Responsibilities include cloud and Kubernetes security, threat modeling, application and infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, detection and incident response, security automation, and compliance assurance. The role partners with Engineering, SRE, Risk, Product, Legal, and InfoSec teams to embed secure-by-design practices, automate controls through infrastructure as code and CI/CD, and improve security metrics, detection capabilities, and regulatory readiness.

Leads complex data analyses, analytical modeling, dashboard development, and creation of scalable datasets. Legal Counsel providing commercially focused advice in a technology SaaS business. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on data protection and compliance, managing supplier due diligence, supporting contract management processes, handling pre-litigation disputes, improving legal workflows and automation, and managing external legal advisers. Requires a UK-qualified solicitor with 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial contracts, preferably within technology or SaaS.

Delivers customer and operational performance improvements across customer deployments and internal business units. Analyzes KPIs, workflows, and operational data; identifies root causes; leads improvement initiatives; supports governance, transformation, and stabilization; and embeds sustainable process changes. The role leads customer performance discussions, coordinates cross-functional delivery without line-management responsibility, resolves systemic risks, coaches teams on continuous improvement practices, and contributes to playbooks, standards, and platform best practices.

Serves as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, guiding platform optimization, architecture, integrations, security, reliability, and feature adoption. Use data, AI-driven decisioning, dashboards, scorecards, segmentation, and predictive analytics to reduce bad debt, improve credit decisions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Build analyses, datasets, dashboards, and reports using SQL and analytical tools. Translate business questions into analytical solutions, validate outputs, communicate insights clearly, apply basic statistical techniques, maintain accurate metric definitions, and follow data governance and security standards. Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders while improving analytical processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, specifications, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for ENSEK’s Financial Assurance product. Partner with engineering teams, finance stakeholders, and senior clients to improve gross-margin modelling, month-end reporting, revenue recognition, financial controls, audit evidence, and margin assurance. Conduct user research, analyze data models, and translate customer and commercial insights into scalable software solutions.

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for ENSEK Flex across the energy flexibility ecosystem. Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, build qualified pipelines, engage senior stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and close new business. Develop strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams, and provide market intelligence to influence commercial and product strategy.

Maintains scalable GRC frameworks, risk registers, policies, controls, certifications, and digital GRC platforms. Coordinates audits, remediation, regulatory readiness, management reporting, client assurance, and international compliance expansion across the US, APAC, and Europe.
