Designs, builds, and improves scalable cloud-native platform services and infrastructure tooling. The role develops infrastructure as code, supports EKS, GitOps, self-service patterns, observability, alerting, testing, and secure platform practices. It contributes to architecture and delivery planning, documents golden paths, improves developer experience, manages infrastructure cost considerations, mentors engineers, and helps teams adopt platform capabilities.

Own the B2B product strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end customer experience for SME and large commercial energy customers. Lead onboarding, account management, billing, contracting, settlement, and retention capabilities across multiple product teams. Drive B2B migrations to Ignition, improve customer and agent experiences, and use data and AI to increase operational efficiency and support international growth.

Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery of ENSEK’s Energy Products and Quoting product. Lead product modelling, pricing, quoting, international localisation, regulatory adaptation, and AI integration. Drive customer research, commercial analysis, stakeholder alignment, lifecycle decisions, and measurable improvements in quoting conversion and catalogue quality. Coach Product Managers and support the development of an AI-enabled energy operating model.
