Own frontline Tier 2-3 technical support, mentor teammates, and escalate complex workflow, integration, and account-configuration issues. Troubleshoot browser-based problems, document bugs and reproduction steps, improve Intercom workflows, and maintain internal/external docs to reduce repeat issues and improve support operations.

Manage post-sale relationships for carrier and distributor clients to drive renewals, upsells, and adoption. Create strategic account plans, monitor usage and ROI, advocate customer feedback, and align cross-functional teams to meet client goals within the health and life insurance ecosystem.
