Leads value analysis and value engineering initiatives for production electronics, including cost reduction, alternate component qualification, and design improvements. Owns electrical designs after product launch, maintains schematics, PCBs, BOMs, and configurations, and supports NPI handoffs. Performs validation, DFM/DFT, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, engineering changes, and sustaining support while coordinating with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, product management, and suppliers.

Drives value analysis and value engineering initiatives while supporting sustaining engineering for mechanical products. Owns post-launch designs, drawings, specifications, BOMs, and design integrity. Collaborates on NPI handoffs, DFMA, validation, engineering changes, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier coordination, and cost reduction. The role requires expertise in mechanical product design, manufacturing methods, CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads electrical design and development for complex products from prototype through production. Designs and validates circuits, PCB assemblies, DC power and high-speed digital systems; performs simulations, testing, troubleshooting, certification activities, and technical analysis. Mentors engineers, manages concurrent assignments, improves new product development processes, collaborates with customers and external resources, and supports product reliability and performance.
