Provides hands-on Level 1 IT support, troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, connectivity, printers, and software, and manages hardware deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, asset records, licensing, and documentation. Supports Unanet AE administration and reporting using SQL or scripting, identifies cybersecurity concerns, and coordinates escalated issues and projects with an external MSP. The hybrid role may require occasional travel and physical handling of computer equipment.

Lead development and maintenance of cost- and resource-loaded construction schedules for NYCHA rehabilitation projects using Primavera P6. Track critical path, earned value, schedule variance, and contractor progress; produce monthly reports; recommend corrective actions; liaise with clients and project teams; provide scheduling leadership and improve procedures. On-site full-time role.

Perform crash analysis, set safety targets and KPIs, review conceptual designs, coordinate stakeholders, provide SME guidance, and support/manage safety-focused transportation programs using HSM, HSIP, and Complete Streets principles.

Develops and maintains cost- and resource-loaded schedules for large infrastructure and construction programs using Primavera P6. Tracks critical paths, progress, resource utilization, earned value, schedule variance, and completion dates. Prepares monthly schedule reports, recommends corrective actions, attends progress meetings, coordinates with contractors, clients, and consultants, and provides scheduling team leadership. The role may require full-time presence at project sites and physical work in varying conditions.
