Develops and maintains cost- and resource-loaded schedules for large infrastructure and construction programs using Primavera P6. Tracks critical paths, progress, resource utilization, earned value, schedule variance, and completion dates. Prepares monthly schedule reports, recommends corrective actions, attends progress meetings, coordinates with contractors, clients, and consultants, and provides scheduling team leadership. The role may require full-time presence at project sites and physical work in varying conditions.

Manage NYC school construction projects end-to-end: oversee design and construction compliance, schedules, change orders, claims, and QA/QC. Interface with contractors, architects, school personnel and senior management; perform site inspections, enforce safety and regulations, and mentor junior project officers to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Perform crash analysis, set safety targets and KPIs, review conceptual designs, coordinate stakeholders, provide SME guidance, and support/manage safety-focused transportation programs using HSM, HSIP, and Complete Streets principles.
