Teams at Enova

Lead end-to-end UX research and design for financial products, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into accessible, scalable experiences. Create wireframes and high-fidelity Figma prototypes, apply design systems, integrate generative AI into workflows, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and measure product impact. The role requires influencing stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and designing within regulated-industry, technical, legal, and compliance constraints.

Manage and grow relationships with Independent Sales Organization partners to increase loan volume and market penetration. Support deal structuring, applications, pipeline management, partner onboarding, training, and performance reporting. Serve as the primary ISO contact, communicate market insights, and collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Product teams. The role also involves visiting ISO offices and attending industry events.

Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and adoption of Enova’s internal developer platform. Partner with engineering, Developer Experience, security, and technology leadership to improve developer productivity through portals, environments, shared libraries, deployment tooling, and AI-assisted development. Gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage delivery, enable platform adoption, and track experience metrics such as build times, environment provisioning, deployment speed, and developer satisfaction.
