Lead affiliate marketing strategy and execution across 20+ strategic partnerships for consumer fintech brands. Manage partner programs, performance analysis, reporting, team development, business development, contract negotiations, and co-marketing initiatives. Collaborate with analytics, legal, compliance, market intelligence, and banking teams to optimize customer acquisition, ensure regulatory alignment, identify market trends, and apply AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and growth.

Manage a portfolio of existing small-business customers, generate renewal business through high-volume phone and email outreach, address customer needs, introduce products, and consistently meet or exceed quotas. The role also involves maintaining partner relationships, negotiating contracts, analyzing data, monitoring online lending trends, and developing renewal strategies. Candidates need sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, negotiation ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Supervise loan processing representatives by managing performance metrics, reviewing quality reports, coaching employees, conducting meetings and performance reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting hiring and onboarding. The role requires leadership experience in financial services or loan operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate employees and handle high-pressure situations.
