Lead an engineering team building software that connects and orchestrates EVs, chargers, solar systems, and batteries. Own technical vision and roadmap, partner with product and the CTO, shape engineering strategy, drive AI adoption, hire and coach engineers, establish high standards, delegate effectively, and collaborate across the organization. The role supports a remote distributed team and may be hands-on or fully management-focused.

Lead OEM partnerships end-to-end: source, negotiate, and close deals; grow and retain partners; sell new products; improve the partnerships playbook using AI; represent Enode at industry events; and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver partner commitments.

Lead technical customer integrations and relationships for Enode's API-driven energy products. Design solutions, debug and modify codebase, advise on architecture, support pre- and post-sales, and drive internal improvements like docs and developer portal.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales for Enode’s API and energy flexibility products, targeting European energy retailers and strategic accounts. Responsibilities include scoping, technical validation, stakeholder mapping, negotiation, contracting, business-case development, and quota ownership. The role partners with customer engineering and customer success, develops repeatable sales materials, and helps create the sales playbook in an early-stage climate technology company.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Enode's customer platform, driving onboarding, activation, self-serve automation, data-as-product insights, OEM integration depth, and commercial enablement to reduce cost-to-serve and increase retention and expansion.

Build and maintain API integrations and the connectivity platform linking EV chargers, vehicles, and OEMs. Improve reliability, observability, and scalability; develop automations and internal tools for monitoring and triage; define SLAs and alerting; collaborate with product and engineering teams to balance stability and delivery.

Improve reliability, observability, and scalability of Enode's connectivity layer. Build and maintain API integrations with OEMs and energy partners, reduce incidents, enhance monitoring and alerting, drive complex projects to release, uphold code quality and testing, collaborate with product, and mentor teammates while applying AI tooling strategically.

Manage a portfolio of energy-sector customers, own post-sales from product development through launch and scale, drive retention and expansion, shape the Customer Success function, collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to deliver customer outcomes.
