Teams at Enode

Manage a portfolio of energy-sector customers, own post-sales from product development through launch and scale, drive retention and expansion, shape the Customer Success function, collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to deliver customer outcomes.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers integrating Enode's APIs: design solutions, advise on architecture, debug implementations, make codebase improvements, champion customer-driven product features, and contribute to developer docs and internal projects.

Lead OEM partnerships end-to-end: source, negotiate, and close deals; grow and retain partners; sell new products; improve the partnerships playbook using AI; represent Enode at industry events; and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver partner commitments.
