The Engineering Manager leads a team in an agile environment to improve energy trading processes, offering technical guidance, mentorship, and overseeing project execution while maintaining stakeholder relations and ensuring quality standards.

Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships across onboarding, support, adoption, renewal, and growth. Responsibilities include account setup, customer training, support ticket triage in HubSpot, issue escalation, business reviews, risk identification, product adoption, upsell referrals, customer feedback, and documentation. The role requires strong communication, customer focus, organization, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and fluency in English and German. Hybrid work is based in Zurich with regular travel across European energy markets.

Partner with the CRO to drive revenue strategy and OKR execution, lead strategic projects, manage stakeholder communications, optimise revenue operations and meeting rhythms, and enable data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Customer Success.
