As a Product Manager, you will own the product life cycle, drive development through collaboration, validate customer needs, and support go-to-market strategies.

Act as first-line support for energy traders via calls, tickets, email, and chat. Manage onboarding, user setup, permissions, and CRM data. Create and maintain help center content, track support metrics (ticket volumes, response times, CSAT), and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Revenue teams to resolve issues and scale operations.

Own a portfolio of ~30 major DACH accounts, build executive-level relationships, design account business plans, drive ARR and NRR growth via upsell/cross-sell across multi-commodity offerings, accelerate platform adoption, and align with Marketplace Management and product teams.
