The PMO will oversee scheduling for renewable energy construction projects, monitor progress, support reporting, manage risks, and enhance BI tools.

Manage the development of solar, wind, and energy storage projects, integrating local developers and contractors, while overseeing schedules and budgets.

Lead development of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery) in Central Eastern Europe, managing a team and interfacing with various stakeholders.

The OT Manager will oversee SCADA systems, develop electricity trading platforms, manage vendors, and implement information systems in operational technology across production sites.

Drive new business and partnerships in the Israeli market for renewable energy projects. Lead sales processes, commercial and legal negotiations to close deals, manage partner relationships, conduct market research, identify opportunities, and initiate cross-company projects.

Manage and optimize power plant operations to meet generation targets through engineering oversight, operational analysis, contractor and vendor management, financial and risk control, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Lead strategic initiatives and post-merger integration across Enlight and Clēnera. Prepare executive presentations and business analysis, design process improvements, define and track KPIs, manage cross-functional projects, support change management, and deliver training while collaborating with U.S. and Israel teams.

Lead grid integration strategy for renewable projects: accelerate connections, manage injection/export rights and applications, liaise with IEC/regulators, support construction synchronization, manage technical consultants, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead engineering for utility-scale Solar, Wind, and BESS projects across full lifecycle. Define standards, manage engineering teams, drive design optimization, lead technical due diligence, support procurement and contracting, manage external consultants, and approve technical decisions impacting CAPEX, yield, and project viability.

Lead engineering schedule and deliverables for renewable generation and storage projects. Manage multidisciplinary design, procurement, risk analysis, stakeholder and regulatory engagement, energy simulations, and HV/UHV power system design. Support field work across project stages.

Manage end-to-end construction of renewable energy projects in Israel and Europe, including procurement, contracts, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and handover to operations.

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, source and negotiate with local and international suppliers, issue RFQs, draft and manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, and support company departments to meet budget and schedule targets.
