Leads Enlight’s global Project Execution and Asset Management organization across Israel, Europe, and MENA. The role integrates Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Asset Management; establishes governance, policies, standards, and operating models; improves project and asset lifecycle execution; manages international suppliers and strategic partners; scales organizational capabilities; and develops senior functional leaders while preserving company culture and accountability.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, revenue assurance, financial controls, and decision support across Enlight’s international renewable energy assets. Oversees SPV finance operations, accounting providers, cash flow, financial models, and variance resolution. Manages the Operations Finance team and drives process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with Asset Management, Commercial, and Corporate Finance.

Coordinates finance operations across European entities, including local accounting providers, supplier onboarding, invoices, payments, banking, collections, and monthly and quarterly closings. Maintains financial records and SOX documentation, prepares information packages, follows up on receivables and management fee invoicing, and coordinates with Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, banks, and external providers. Supports financial systems, process improvements, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Analyze renewable energy portfolio data from PV, BESS, and wind assets to identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, and data-quality issues. Build KPIs, dashboards, reports, and visualizations; support ETL/ELT pipelines and API integrations; and develop automated or AI-driven analytical workflows. Collaborate with technical teams, asset managers, and stakeholders to improve asset performance and enable data-driven decisions.

Leads budgeting, financial control, cash flow management, forecasting, variance analysis, change control, and financial risk management for large-scale renewable energy construction projects. Supports project managers, senior management, lenders, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders while overseeing funding calls, intercompany transfers, foreign exchange hedging, reporting, and project performance throughout the lifecycle.

Build and maintain complex financial models for renewable energy projects, analyze project economics, perform sensitivity and scenario analyses, prepare forecasts and management materials, and support financing decisions. Collaborate with lenders, advisors, consultants, rating agencies, partners, and internal teams to validate assumptions and outputs. Improve and automate modeling processes while maintaining models throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead the full lifecycle implementation and improvement of ERP and financial information systems. Gather business requirements, define solutions, write functional specifications, manage configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, user training, and ongoing support. Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and development partners while managing timelines, deliverables, system administration, troubleshooting, automation, and process optimization.

Owns business performance analysis, planning, reporting, BI systems, project controls, and portfolio dashboards for renewable energy projects. Builds financial and analytical models, monitors schedules and milestones, performs plan-versus-actual analysis, identifies risks and trends, and coordinates data across engineering, procurement, construction, and asset management. The role also drives process standardization, continuous improvement, and executive-level reporting across the Project Execution division.

The PMO will oversee scheduling for renewable energy construction projects, monitor progress, support reporting, manage risks, and enhance BI tools.

Manage the development of solar, wind, and energy storage projects, integrating local developers and contractors, while overseeing schedules and budgets.

Lead development of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery) in Central Eastern Europe, managing a team and interfacing with various stakeholders.

The OT Manager will oversee SCADA systems, develop electricity trading platforms, manage vendors, and implement information systems in operational technology across production sites.
