Teams at Enlight Renewable Energy

Provide end-user technical support and manage help desk tickets. Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Azure AD/Active Directory. Troubleshoot login, password, permissions, basic network, printers, and device issues. Install and configure software, document incidents, and collaborate with vendors and technical teams.

Lead strategic initiatives and post-merger integration across Enlight and Clēnera. Prepare executive presentations and business analysis, design process improvements, define and track KPIs, manage cross-functional projects, support change management, and deliver training while collaborating with U.S. and Israel teams.

Provide HR and operational support across Europe: act as point of contact for employees, manage onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, vendor liaison, maintain records, support regional events, and provide executive administrative support to the Regional VP including travel and calendar management.
