Teams at Enlight Renewable Energy

Leads budgeting, financial control, cash flow management, forecasting, variance analysis, change control, and financial risk management for large-scale renewable energy construction projects. Supports project managers, senior management, lenders, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders while overseeing funding calls, intercompany transfers, foreign exchange hedging, reporting, and project performance throughout the lifecycle.

Coordinates and controls operational activities, working across multiple interfaces while maintaining organization, precision, and effective communication. The role requires strong English proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, multitasking ability, independent and collaborative work, and familiarity with project management systems. A bachelor’s degree and prior coordination, control, or operations experience are advantageous.

Manages health, safety, and environmental compliance across operational and construction sites. Develops safety programs, conducts audits and inspections, supports high-risk activities, investigates incidents, implements corrective actions, delivers training, leads safety committees, and ensures ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance. Requires frequent travel to sites in Israel and Europe.
