Supports the CEO by generating and qualifying business leads, researching prospects, coordinating client meetings, RFQs, tenders, proposals, and sales follow-up. The role also coordinates HR projects, recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, payroll, compliance, client deliverables, internal task tracking, and executive priorities. It maintains CRM records, databases, action lists, pipelines, and weekly business updates while coordinating with clients, partners, employees, suppliers, and internal teams.

The Senior Accountant will manage general accounting, accounts receivable, payroll processing, accruals, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, invoicing, tax and social insurance compliance, and audit support. The role requires advanced Excel skills, accounting or ERP software experience, strong English communication, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration with clients and internal teams in a consulting environment.

Plan and execute brand strategies to ensure consistent premium brand experience across channels. Manage digital presence, publications, events, merchandise, external vendors, brand assets, and support the Marketing & Communications team to enhance visibility and reputation.
