Supports the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, outreach, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, job posting, application updates, testing, and onboarding. Collaborates with HR teams and hiring managers, develops strategies for challenging vacancies, improves recruitment processes, and contributes to recruitment projects while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive candidate experience.

Leads the strategic direction of HR consultancy, outsourcing, and business operations. Oversees HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, development, compliance, client relationships, service delivery, operational improvement, change management, and team leadership. Advises senior management, drives employee engagement and retention, ensures legal compliance, and reports on operational performance.

Supports the CEO with comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, offer management, employee relations, documentation, compliance, training, benefits, payroll, and leave administration. Advises senior management on HR strategy, labor law, and procedures while building client relationships and supporting high-performing teams. The role also requires strategic planning, financial management, negotiation, confidentiality, and collaboration across departments.
