Provide behavioral support services for individuals with developmental disabilities: complete assessments, develop positive behavior support plans, collect and monitor data, and train individuals, families, direct support staff, and team members to ensure timely, compliant delivery of behavior interventions.

Manage full grant lifecycle: research, write, submit proposals and reports, ensure compliance, track deadlines, develop budgets with finance teams, maintain funder relationships, and recommend funding strategies to support IDD programs.

Develops employment opportunities and coordinates placement, training, and ongoing support for individuals with disabilities. Performs job/site assessments, provides work-skills training, collects performance data, coordinates person-centered planning, liaises with employers, documents services in agency database, prepares reports, and ensures safety and confidentiality.

Manage daily operations of Day Services locations, coordinate referrals and staffing, develop age-appropriate curriculum tied to person-centered plans, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise Direct Support Professionals and Team Leads, maintain client records and data, provide on-call crisis support, and monitor productivity and billing requirements.

Coordinate and maintain the donor CRM to ensure accurate gift entry, reconcile contributions, enforce data standards, run reports, track fundraising metrics, and support development team analysis to inform strategy and donor engagement.
