Teams at Enhance Therapies

Provides behavioral support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Conducts functional behavior assessments, analyzes data, develops positive behavior support plans, trains individuals, families, staff, and support-team members, and ensures services are delivered effectively and within regulatory timelines. Completes required documentation and collaborates with client teams while applying behavioral principles, empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
