Lead the Financial Accounting function for a charity arts organisation, ensuring strong internal controls, statutory reporting, tax and payroll compliance, systems optimisation, and audit management. Manage and develop a small finance team, support financial strategy and business planning, and provide timely, accurate financial information to support budgeting and decision-making.

Lead development and continuous improvement of core digital platforms (CRM, ticketing, class management). Define roadmap, manage day-to-day configuration, ensure data quality, oversee integrations and reporting, liaise with teams and external venues, and champion best practices to improve processes and user experience.

Rehearse and stage My First productions and group scenes in full-length works; teach choreography, support and monitor dancers, provide pastoral care for ENBS dancers, manage Special Projects portfolio, liaise with choreographers and stakeholders, and ensure safeguarding and professional standards on tour and in rehearsals.

Provide administrative support to the Development team focused on Corporate Partnerships and Trusts/Foundation fundraising: manage ticket allocations and Beacon updates, coordinate guest lists and RSVPs, support meetings, expenses and travel, respond to supporter enquiries, provide event logistics (evenings/weekends), and act as an ambassador for English National Ballet.

Perform as 5th (bumper) horn supporting the principal in rehearsals, concerts and tours across London and the UK; play varied repertoire including new commissions and chamber works; participate in outreach activities; attend in-person audition and paid trial; minimum guarantee of 80 sessions per year.
