Supports the Finance team with accounts payable, employee expenses, banking, cash management, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journals, month-end and year-end processes, reporting, audits, compliance, and financial administration. The role also involves stakeholder communication and improving finance systems and processes. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel and financial information, able to prioritize workloads, learn new processes, and maintain positive supplier and colleague relationships.

Provides executive assistance to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, coordinates Board of Trustees and committee meetings, supports senior leadership communications and workflows, and conducts research, analysis, document preparation, and stakeholder liaison work. The role also line manages the Artistic Administrator and requires strong prioritization, discretion, governance and finance-process experience, relationship-building, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Manage English National Ballet’s annual events programme and commercial venue-hire events from planning through delivery and evaluation. Responsibilities include coordinating fundraising, supporter, corporate and stakeholder events; managing suppliers, contractors, logistics, risk assessments, health and safety; overseeing client relationships; and controlling event budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, income targets and expenditure. The role supports the organisation’s artistic, fundraising and commercial objectives through high-quality, compliant event delivery.
