Manage construction engineering and inspection projects as the owner’s representative, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, safety standards, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Coordinate clients, contractors, utilities, agencies, staff, and the public; oversee change orders, payments, estimates, meetings, documentation, and issue resolution. Provide team leadership, mentoring, quality control, recruiting support, client relationship development, and process improvement.

Manage Construction Engineering and Inspection projects as the owner’s representative, ensuring contract compliance, safety, quality, schedule, documentation, estimates, payments, and change orders. Coordinate with clients, contractors, utilities, agencies, and the public; lead meetings, resolve issues, mentor staff, support recruiting and proposals, and promote quality control and process improvements.

Supports transportation maintenance and inspection projects through field coordination, contractor compliance monitoring, documentation review, quantity verification, payment support, deficiency tracking, project reporting, and records management. Provides field inspection coverage, coordinates with inspectors and stakeholders, supports meetings and follow-up actions, and escalates safety, quality, maintenance-of-traffic, and contract concerns. Requires transportation construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with FDOT practices, and flexibility for field, nighttime, weekend, or emergency assignments.
