Licensed civil engineer responsible for CEI on complex transportation projects. Serves as Owners representative, enforces contract compliance, manages budgets/schedules, leads client communication, oversees change orders/payments, performs CPM schedule reviews, and mentors project teams.

Lead and manage Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) transportation projects as the Owner's representative. Ensure public safety, quality, schedule, budget, and contract compliance. Perform CPM schedule reviews, manage change orders/payments, communicate with clients and stakeholders, mentor project teams, and support proposal/sales and profitability.

Serve as the Owner's representative for Construction and Inspection (CEI) projects, ensuring contract compliance, public safety, quality, schedule, and financial control. Manage project documentation, staff, change orders, estimates, and stakeholder communication. Lead project meetings, mentor teams, support proposals and recruiting, enforce safety and quality standards, and promote technology and process improvements.
