Serve as the owners representative for CEI projects, ensuring contract compliance, public safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Manage project documentation, staff, change orders, estimates, and meetings; coordinate with clients, contractors, utilities, and the public. Provide technical review of plans, specs, shop drawings, and mentor team members while promoting quality control, safety, and process improvements.

Serve as owners representative for CEI roadway/bridge projects: ensure contract compliance, manage staff and documentation, lead meetings, oversee change orders/payments, mentor teams, support proposals and QC, and maintain safety standards.

Lead and manage CEI transportation projects as the Owner's representative, ensuring public safety, contract compliance, schedule and budget control, change order and payment management, CPM schedule review, client communication, team mentoring, and coordination with contractors, utilities, and stakeholders.
