Sell commercial greenhouse systems, hydroponic and aquaponic equipment, and accessories. Field inbound inquiries, create complete orders, close sales to meet targets, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and represent the company at industry trade shows.

Perform credit risk assessments by analyzing financial statements, cash flow, and credit data; develop predictive credit models; set credit limits; manage collections, fraud investigations, and special credit arrangements; advise on policy and compliance; collaborate with account managers and recommend process improvements.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Lead small projects, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules and budgets, track progress and costs, support bids/procurement, ensure safety and code compliance, conduct site visits, coordinate contractors and resolve field issues. Report to Senior Lead Project Manager and use Procore, ERP and scheduling tools.

Drive new business and revenue for the GrowSpan greenhouse brand by building relationships with top commercial growers, researching prospects, running outbound call campaigns, attending tradeshows, networking, and developing marketing support and product improvement ideas.

Lead construction projects (PEMB, greenhouse, fabric buildings) through pre-construction, construction, and closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, teams, contracts, compliance, and client relationships. Coordinate engineers, contractors, and vendors, perform site visits, produce progress reports, mitigate risks, and mentor junior PMs. Use Procore/ERP and scheduling tools; travel to job sites as needed.
