Maintains recruitment records in Paycom, supports compliance with employment laws, attends job fairs, assists with employee files and HR events, and handles confidential information.

Provides company-wide Level I IT support for computers, printers, software applications, network hardware, VoIP phones, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities include system maintenance, computer imaging and decommissioning, printer troubleshooting, network cabling, vendor software support, new-hire IT orientation, ticket escalation, security camera tracking, after-hours coverage, and assigned IT projects.

Supports sales and recruiting operations by managing customer and candidate data, tracking sales opportunities, preparing reports, following up with customers, sourcing candidates, maintaining recruiting pipelines, and coordinating interviews. Collaborates with sales managers and hiring managers while handling multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
