Lead and manage complex construction projects end-to-end: planning, pre-construction, execution, closeout, budgeting, vendor procurement, and stakeholder reporting. Mentor PM teams, enforce PM framework and quality, ensure schedule and budget adherence, maintain documentation, and travel to job sites as needed.

Lead construction projects (PEMB, greenhouse, fabric buildings) through pre-construction, construction, and closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, teams, contracts, compliance, and client relationships. Coordinate engineers, contractors, and vendors, perform site visits, produce progress reports, mitigate risks, and mentor junior PMs. Use Procore/ERP and scheduling tools; travel to job sites as needed.

Create 3D models, part and assembly drawings, and building blueprints using CAD tools. Collaborate with customers and manufacturing to develop cost‑effective structural and agricultural products, solve design problems, review existing designs, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
