Load and replenish yarn packages on a heatset creel, monitor machine operation, perform air splices, verify yarn against spec sheets, maintain tensioners and thread path, follow safety and quality guidelines, and keep work area clean.

Wrap finished rolls with plastic, apply and verify roll tickets, inspect backing for defects, secure plastic with core inserts, communicate issues to supervisors/inspectors, maintain cleanliness and safety, and meet quality and productivity expectations in a fast-paced repetitive environment.

Sell commercial flooring to architects, designers, dealers, contractors, and end users across PA and DE. Develop relationships, drive specifications and bids, manage projects through the sales process, maintain CRM data, support marketing activities and trade association participation, and meet territory sales targets. Frequent field presence and regional travel required.

Operate and maintain 13–23 weaving machines: load and creel yarn cones, detect and repair yarn breaks, perform hourly quality checks, respond to loom indicator lights, and physically handle material and creel racks during 12-hour shifts.

Sell commercial flooring within the Arizona/Las Vegas territory to architects, designers, contractors and end users. Generate leads, manage specifications and bids, advance projects through sales process, maintain CRM data, run marketing activities, network via trade associations, and meet territory sales targets.

Perform frequent physical tasks including lifting, pushing yarn carts, standing long periods, threading, and following safety procedures to ensure first-quality carpet.

Load and splice yarn packages and beams to supply tufting machines, verify lot/color accuracy, assist operators, perform yarn fixes, operate splicing/winding equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Sell commercial carpet, Kinetex and hard surface across Houston territory to designers, dealers and end users. Develop specifier relationships, manage bids/specifications, drive territory growth, maintain CRM data, participate in industry associations, and support strategic accounts. Travel and client entertainment required.
