Load and replenish yarn packages on a heatset creel, monitor machine operation, perform air splices, verify yarn against spec sheets, maintain tensioners and thread path, follow safety and quality guidelines, and keep work area clean.

Load and splice yarn packages and beams to supply tufting machines, verify thread-up and lot/color accuracy, assist operators with machine tasks, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Operate and maintain 13–23 weaving machines: load and creel yarn cones, detect and repair yarn breaks, perform hourly quality checks, respond to loom indicator lights, and physically handle material and creel racks during 12-hour shifts.
