Supervises weaving production teams, ensuring safety, quality, housekeeping, equipment condition, and production goals. Leads training, motivation, maintenance coordination, inventory reconciliation, scheduling adjustments, and corrective actions, including equipment shutdowns when necessary. Oversees beaming and burnoff activities during nights and weekends, participates in hiring, and supports compliance with operational and PPE standards. Requires weaving or manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and availability for 12-hour shifts.

Supply yarn to tufting machines, creel and splice yarn packages or beam sets, verify lots, colors, knots, and splices, remove empty tubes and old yarn lots, assist with backing changes, and relieve machine operators. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work area, operating yarn-splicing equipment, lifting yarn cones, distinguishing colors, and performing repetitive standing, reaching, bending, and lifting tasks.

Operate air texturing machines used to produce carpet fibers. Duties include loading and unloading yarn packages, threading broken positions, monitoring quality, packing finished yarn, moving buggies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires physical lifting and standing, basic math and literacy, PPE compliance, accident reporting, overtime availability, and possible color vision testing.
