Load and replenish yarn packages on a heatset creel, monitor machine operation, perform air splices, verify yarn against spec sheets, maintain tensioners and thread path, follow safety and quality guidelines, and keep work area clean.

Wrap finished rolls with plastic, apply and verify roll tickets, inspect backing for defects, secure plastic with core inserts, communicate issues to supervisors/inspectors, maintain cleanliness and safety, and meet quality and productivity expectations in a fast-paced repetitive environment.

Sell commercial flooring to architects, designers, dealers, contractors, and end users across PA and DE. Develop relationships, drive specifications and bids, manage projects through the sales process, maintain CRM data, support marketing activities and trade association participation, and meet territory sales targets. Frequent field presence and regional travel required.
