Responsibilities include strategic prospecting, account planning, executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, CRM pipeline management, forecasting, customer relationship development, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also involves mentoring SDRs, attending trade shows and customer visits, and providing market feedback for product and go-to-market strategy.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for complex, high-value robotics deals across UK and global mid-market and enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include strategic prospecting, account planning, executive presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, pipeline forecasting, CRM management, mentoring SDRs, trade-show representation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also provides market intelligence to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Develop and maintain TypeScript/React front-ends, GraphQL APIs and Python/Django backends, and on-robot Python services. Integrate LLM/AI pipelines (TTS/STT, RAG), optimize latency and robustness, debug across UI/API/robot layers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior developers.
