Build and optimize data infrastructure and pipelines for large time-series market, economic and alternative datasets. Manage and enhance database environments, improve querying/storage/indexing, document standards and automation, and deliver actionable datasets and tools to support trading strategies and PnL-focused decision-making while collaborating with quants, portfolio managers and traders.

Drive and coordinate day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across European commodities businesses (gas, power, renewables, freight). Interface between trading desks and support functions, improve processes and controls, lead business planning and performance monitoring, and resolve complex operational challenges across geographies and functions.

Build and maintain scalable backend services, data ingestion pipelines, and data platforms. Improve reliability, observability and cost-efficiency of data infrastructure, develop reusable tooling, automate orchestration, and collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver high-performance data solutions.

Build and operate a Python-based low-latency trading platform for short-term power markets: signal generation, backtesting, execution, productionising algos, data solutions, monitoring, cloud-native development, and collaboration with quants, traders and risk teams.

Drive and coordinate daily operations and strategic initiatives across European commodities trading desks. Act as interface between trading and support functions, improve processes and controls, lead business planning, performance monitoring and cost analysis, and resolve complex operational challenges across desks, geographies and functions.

Monitor and manage global commodities and FX futures and options trades, reconcile settlements, calculate daily P&L, operate trading/clearing platforms, support complex strategies and margin calculations, act as operational backup, and streamline processes while collaborating with traders, risk, execution, and back-office teams.
