Lead and coordinate daily operations and strategic initiatives across European commodities trading desks. Interface with front office and support functions, improve processes and controls, manage business planning, performance monitoring, cost analysis, and resolve complex operational challenges across geographies and functions.

Design, build and maintain Python-based systems, APIs and data integrations supporting Risk, Finance & Compliance. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions, implement data cleansing/transformation and visualisations, deploy to cloud/container platforms, provide technical support, and contribute to architectural improvements and projects.
