Contract Business Analyst / Project Manager partnering with US Power & Gas trading teams to analyze and redesign front-to-back processes, coordinate multi-team change initiatives, run workshops, and drive technology, data, automation and AI-enabled improvements. Serves as business-led bridge to technology and delivery teams, contributes to portfolio prioritization, and helps develop change and project management capability during a multi-year platform and operating model transformation.

Build and optimize scalable data infrastructure and pipelines for large time-series datasets, manage high-performance databases, and deliver actionable datasets and tools to support trading strategies and PnL-driven decision-making.

Support North America power and gas trading desk with market research, data collection/validation, reporting, and analytical model/dashboard maintenance. Monitor fundamentals, pricing relationships, infrastructure constraints, and produce market commentary and presentations to inform trading and risk decisions.
