Manage and coach a team, ensure on-time/on-budget implementations, serve as escalation point, optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, track project financials, and drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Serve as a subject matter expert guiding financial institution clients through core banking vendor evaluations, selection, and negotiations. Oversee complex projects, manage scope/schedule/budget, create RFPs, facilitate workshops, maintain vendor relationships, analyze contracts/pricing, negotiate terms, mentor team members, and track project billing to ensure successful implementations and client outcomes.

Sell consulting services to banks and credit unions by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Build executive relationships, conduct needs analyses, present complex payments and digital banking solutions, run webinars and attend tradeshows, and manage sales activity in CRM while collaborating with marketing and leadership to solve client challenges.

Serve as payments subject-matter expert advising financial institutions on vendor selection, contract review, pricing analysis, negotiations, project oversight, vendor relationship management, and implementation. Build client relationships, lead workshops, manage project scope/timelines, mentor team members, and integrate best-practice tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Sell consulting services and payments-related products to banks and credit unions nationwide. Prospect, qualify, and close new business via cold outreach, events, and webinars. Build executive relationships, conduct needs analysis, present complex solutions, manage CRM activity, and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.

Serve as a trusted advisor to banks and credit unions on integrated communications strategy, vendor selection, implementation, and optimization. Lead discovery, workflow analysis, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and executive reporting. Ensure compliance, security, omnichannel member experience, and operational efficiencies while managing stakeholders, project risks, and vendor relationships.
