Serve as a subject matter expert guiding financial institution clients through core banking vendor evaluations, selection, and negotiations. Oversee complex projects, manage scope/schedule/budget, create RFPs, facilitate workshops, maintain vendor relationships, analyze contracts/pricing, negotiate terms, mentor team members, and track project billing to ensure successful implementations and client outcomes.

Manage evaluation-focused programs and interconnected project workstreams, coordinating clients, vendors, and internal teams. Develop and maintain project plans, track/report progress, escalate and resolve scope or risk issues, provision project tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams/SharePoint), support process improvements, and accurately track billing and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Sell consulting services to banks and credit unions by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Build executive relationships, conduct needs analyses, present complex payments and digital banking solutions, run webinars and attend tradeshows, and manage sales activity in CRM while collaborating with marketing and leadership to solve client challenges.
