The Accounting Specialist maintains financial records, processes accounts payable and receivable, performs bank reconciliations, supports month-end close and financial reporting, and assists with audits and compliance. The role also addresses billing issues, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with procurement, sales, operations, vendors, and clients. This is a fully remote, full-time position reporting to the CFO.

Oversee multiple evaluation projects and interconnected workstreams, managing scope, schedules, risks, resources, documentation, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Partner with strategic consultants, clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Prepare progress reports and presentations, escalate issues, facilitate approved changes, improve project-management processes, maintain tools and templates, and support adoption of new technologies and standard operating procedures.

Act as subject-matter expert for assigned products: translate business requirements into epics/features/user stories, own and prioritize the product backlog, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT and releases, maintain product documentation, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
