Build and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure and CI/CD for ML and generative AI. Drive new business and full sales cycle for Card-as-a-Service solutions: build and manage a high-quality pipeline, qualify prospects against CaaS and BIN sponsorship requirements, progress opportunities to close, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate cross-functionally, and present value to senior and technical stakeholders to maximize Month 12 MRR.

Lead sales enablement for commercial teams: create and maintain enablement assets, design a Commercial Academy, organise content, measure adoption, join customer conversations, and contribute to positioning, messaging, GTM initiatives, and analyst/market activities.

Design, implement, and optimize RevOps processes, systems, and data to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Lead forecasting, territory design, pipeline management, CRM data quality, enablement, pricing standardization, dashboards, and board reporting to drive revenue growth.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects for card issuing and payments programmes. Act as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, manage project plans and risks, and drive successful go-lives. Document outcomes, improve delivery processes, and support scaling delivery capabilities.

Drive partner-led revenue growth across Europe by sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding strategic partners (core banking platforms, ISVs, consultancies, fintech infra). Develop regional partnership strategies, lead outbound prospecting, craft partner propositions for co-sell/integration/referral, collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives, maintain pipeline and measure commercial impact.

Provide second-line compliance oversight for UK and EU payments activities. Design and run monitoring, regulatory change, policy governance, reporting and training. Support operational resilience, outsourcing, safeguarding, Consumer Duty, regulatory returns and regulator engagement. Develop compliance frameworks, lead committee processes, coordinate audits and remediation, and oversee safe AI adoption and regulatory mapping across group entities.
