Drive new business opportunities from prospecting through contract closure. Build and nurture sales pipelines through partnerships, marketing, and cold outreach; manage opportunity progression, maintain accurate Salesforce records, negotiate contracts, and communicate value propositions to internal stakeholders and C-level prospects. The role requires card payments industry expertise, strong questioning and presentation skills, technical understanding, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Provide 2nd-line technical support for card issuing and payment solutions: investigate, troubleshoot and resolve payment and operational issues, manage disputes and chargebacks, produce reports, maintain documentation, train customers on self-service tools, and drive process improvements including automation and AI-assisted workflows.

Lead outbound partner acquisition across Europe, securing strategic fintech and payments partnerships. Develop regional partnership strategies, negotiate agreements, onboard partners, maintain pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive commercial growth and market expansion.
