Build and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure and CI/CD for ML and generative AI. Implement experiment tracking, model versioning, deployment, monitoring, IaC, containerized workloads, and production lifecycle management. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize, monitor, retrain, and govern models in cloud-native environments.

Lead quality assurance for a product area: define test strategy, build and maintain automated integration and API test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, own defect management, perform root cause analysis, coach engineers, and improve shift-left and performance testing practices.

Provide 2nd-line technical support for card issuing and payment solutions: investigate, troubleshoot and resolve payment and operational issues, manage disputes and chargebacks, produce reports, maintain documentation, train customers on self-service tools, and drive process improvements including automation and AI-assisted workflows.
