Manage and coordinate Operational Management Team (OMT) priorities and initiatives: develop and maintain project plans, track deliverables, facilitate meetings, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain action/decision/risk logs, and produce materials to ensure timely completion and visibility of work.

Create visual concepts and assets for program marketing campaigns, including print collateral, web layouts, signage, social and ads. Edit video, develop motion graphics/animations, refresh templates, coordinate with brand team, support omnichannel campaigns, and work from creative briefs while collaborating with photographers/videographers and vendors.
