Coordinates delivery of multifamily energy-efficiency programs, contractors, partners, and internal teams. Tracks goals, KPIs, milestones, deliverables, customer participation, and contract compliance. Supports program strategy, process improvements, quality assurance, customer experience, outreach, marketing materials, community partnerships, and complaint resolution. Maintains project records and ensures financial, audit, equity, evaluation, and communication requirements are met.

Supports government and stakeholder relations by monitoring Oregon legislative proposals, committee hearings, regulatory proceedings, and policy forums. Coordinates meetings, tracks bills and rulemakings, researches energy policy, prepares updates and briefing materials, maintains tracking systems, and assists with reports, communications, and stakeholder engagement projects. The internship focuses on energy efficiency, renewable energy, environmental justice, and Oregon policymaking processes.

Performs complex general accounting activities, including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, grant and contract accounting, invoicing, financial reporting, audit support, and 990 preparation. The role monitors internal controls, researches accounting treatments, documents procedures, identifies process improvements, supports reporting, and collaborates with Finance and program teams. This is an independent senior contributor role with no supervisory responsibility.

Lead a team to design and deliver enterprise data management, ETL, reporting, low-code apps, and automation solutions. Develop roadmaps, governance for data, reporting, automation and AI, partner across IT and business units, prioritize and deliver process improvements, and ensure scalable, secure analytics and automation practices.
