Researches and translates complex technical, policy, regulatory, and organizational information into reports, presentations, speeches, briefings, strategic plans, and executive communications. Manages concurrent projects, advises leaders, supports crisis communications, supervises communications staff, reviews editorial quality, manages professional services contracts, and builds relationships with regulators, utilities, policymakers, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Lead a team to design and deliver enterprise data management, ETL, reporting, low-code apps, and automation solutions. Develop roadmaps, governance for data, reporting, automation and AI, partner across IT and business units, prioritize and deliver process improvements, and ensure scalable, secure analytics and automation practices.
