Manages customer and vendor documentation, job-file scanning, document control, purchase order processing, drawing and procedure revisions, forms maintenance, and quality-record filing. Coordinates with the Quick Response Office Cell to complete daily tasks accurately and on time. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, multitasking, and independent problem-solving skills.

Manage assigned projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, cost control, contract compliance, forecasting, reporting, and customer communications. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality, KPIs, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Perform quality engineering for ASME Section III and VIII products: review/approve inspection and test evidence, compile certification packages, manage nonconformances, support audits, develop procedures, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
