Summary
QRT Inside Sales position will be responsible for interfacing with Customers and Vendors in regards to our non-fabricated projects. In this position you will be reviewing customer quotes, processing quotes in a suitable matter, working with the Quick Response Office Cell team in a collocated area to ensure timely completion for all daily tasks.
Job Description and Duties:
- Control all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Enter and scan all new job files into system.
- Label and file documents in the Document Control Room.
- Retrieve, scan and track all job files checked in/out.
- Maintain an electronic control log of all documents not bar coded that are checked
out of the Document Control Room. - Process Purchase Orders.
- Distribute copies of purchase orders to proper personnel and/or files.
- Scan completed job files.
- Scan in active jobs.
- Scan all completed documents, file hard copies on the appropriate shelf in
Document Control Room. - Maintain and Update SOP Q, OPS and GEN Procedure as directed by President or
Director of Quality. - Electronically supersede an update revised procedures in UniPoint.
- Maintain original drawing hard copies and applicable copies of ECNs.
- Update new drawings and revisions in Unipoint.
- Maintain and Update Forms book.
- Keep forms and indexes current on company server.
- Obsolete forms as required.
- Maintain and update NDE and Weld Manual as directed by Director of Quality.
- File hard copies of NCs/CPAs.
- Deliver document revisions and transmittals as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education required.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the internet.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills, ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem solving skills.
Skills Required
