Lead financial evaluation, business case development, and lifecycle asset management for large-scale energy infrastructure projects (primarily New Nuclear). Provide technical guidance to craft, perform field walkdowns, identify parts/tools, translate engineering changes, resolve condition reports, and support outage, Emergency Response (ERO), OCC/EOC activities to maintain safe plant operation.

Lead finance modernization and strategy efforts including automation, reporting, data governance, business case analysis, performance monitoring, and process improvements. Oversee cross‑agency financial initiatives, develop KPIs and stakeholder reporting, coach teams, implement financial strategy, and support emergency response and biennial refueling outage activities.

Manage and optimize the corporate insurance and risk financing program. Oversee procurement, renewals, claims handling, risk assessments, budgeting, governance, and vendor relations. Advise leadership, ensure compliance, analyze loss trends, and drive continuous improvement in insurance strategy and program performance.

The Lead Metrologist/Technical Program Manager oversees metrology activities, ensures compliance with calibration standards, and provides technical guidance while driving quality improvement initiatives.

The Senior Counsel provides legal advice and services across various regulatory fields, manages contracts and litigation, and ensures compliance with regulations.
