Partners with leaders and employees on HR strategy, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, HRIS, EEO, training, workforce development, and investigations. Analyzes complex HR data and trends, recommends process improvements, manages special projects, develops training, supports leadership development, and provides confidential guidance across a large client base.

Performs accounting clerical and financial operations across payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, general ledger, travel expenses, reconciliations, reporting, invoices, journal entries, and financial systems. Maintains records, validates data, supports investment and debt transactions, processes payments, conducts software testing, and prepares procedures and audit schedules with limited supervision.

Oversee and direct the nuclear plant’s Instrumentation and Controls Maintenance training program using the federally mandated Systematic Approach to Training. Responsibilities include analyzing performance gaps, designing and delivering training, evaluating outcomes, maintaining accreditation standards, mentoring instructors, collaborating across disciplines, supporting emergency response activities, and assisting with refueling and maintenance outages.

Receive, inspect, store, distribute, package, and ship industrial materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment. Maintain inventory records in Asset Suite, segregate materials by quality and storage classifications, manage quarantined items, perform stored-item maintenance, and operate forklifts, trucks, power tools, and office equipment. Support plant operations, maintenance, and crafts while maintaining housekeeping and required documentation.

Lead and manage the Legal Services department, advise on complex enterprise-level legal and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate major contracts, oversee litigation strategy, ensure compliance with federal and state law, manage budget and invoices, train staff, and serve as liaison with NRC and senior counsel. Participate in Emergency Response and support biennial refueling outages.
