A professional engineering license or Washington State reciprocity eligibility is required.

Develop and implement mechanical engineering modifications for Columbia Generating Station, supporting plant reliability, functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Perform complex analyses and designs, advise on specialized engineering issues, lead small technical teams, mentor engineers, develop procedures, interpret industry guidance, and identify corrective actions. The role includes emergency response, outage support, on-call duty, and onsite work in Richland, Washington.

Provides independent legal counsel to Energy Northwest across nuclear regulation, contracts, litigation, environmental, employment, ethics, procurement, public records, and energy transactions. Drafts and negotiates agreements, manages litigation and budgets, oversees Public Records Act processes, advises leadership and governing boards, and supports emergency response and nuclear plant refueling outages. Requires a JD, attorney experience, Washington bar eligibility, and nuclear plant access eligibility.

Leads the enterprise strategic planning program, including strategic goal development, performance measurement, scorecards, reporting, and long-range planning. Coordinates executive leadership, departments, member utilities, and boards to align strategic priorities, business planning, and organizational performance.
