Support and administer the corporate Employee Concerns Program for a nuclear utility: receive and investigate worker concerns, respond to NRC allegation RFIs, design surveys and training, consult management, maintain program records, and promote a healthy nuclear safety culture. Serve in delegated manager roles, Emergency Response Team duties, and outage assignments as needed.

Develop and maintain plant schedules (online and outage) using Asset Suite and Primavera. Support outage planning, resource and crew assignments, resolve schedule conflicts, produce reports and performance indicators, and assist Outage Command Center and Emergency Response Team activities including biennial refueling outage support.

Lead the Performance Improvement department, overseeing the Corrective Action, Self-Assessment, Trending, and Operating Experience programs. Develop policies, budgets, and continuous improvement strategies; coach and manage staff; ensure regulatory and nuclear safety compliance; coordinate Phases of Excellence alignment; and provide emergency response, refueling outage, OCC, and EOC support.

Plan, lead, and perform supplier audits, commercial grade surveys, and surveillances for safety-related and augmented-quality procurements at a nuclear generating station. Review third-party audits, evaluate supplier performance for the Evaluated Suppliers List, coordinate large audit teams (including NUPIC), support source selection and major projects, review supplier documentation for technical/quality requirements, and maintain procedures and personnel certifications.

Procure services, materials, equipment, and software for Energy Northwest including nuclear safety-related items. Manage full procurement lifecycle: strategy, solicitations, bid evaluation, contracting, expediting, supplier performance, and contract close-out while coordinating with QA, Engineering, Legal, Auditing, and Finance.

Lead development, maintenance, and analysis of complex cost/schedule baselines and execute monthly EVM cycles. Ensure EVMS compliance, perform TIAs, maintain Primavera P6 schedules, coordinate subcontractor integration, support cost forecasting, and mentor junior project controls staff while driving schedule health, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

Support compliance, preparation, analysis, and integration of Inflation Reduction Act corporate tax credits. Evaluate and operationalize clean-energy tax benefits, coordinate with project stakeholders, Corporate Finance, external advisors, and contractors. Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and document retention. Establish processes and reporting standards, perform regulatory research and benchmarking, and provide implementation support. Participate in Emergency Response team when designated and support biennial refueling outage.

Lead and manage the Legal Services department, advise on complex enterprise-level legal and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate major contracts, oversee litigation strategy, ensure compliance with federal and state law, manage budget and invoices, train staff, and serve as liaison with NRC and senior counsel. Participate in Emergency Response and support biennial refueling outages.
