Provides broad legal counsel to Energy Northwest, including tax guidance, nuclear licensing and regulatory compliance, contracts, employment, environmental and ethics matters, public records compliance, litigation, energy transactions, and policy advice. The role negotiates agreements, oversees public records processes and outside counsel, manages legal budgets, participates in emergency response, and supports nuclear plant refueling outages. Onsite work in Richland, Washington, and unescorted plant access are required.

Provides independent legal counsel to Energy Northwest across nuclear regulation, contracts, litigation, environmental, employment, ethics, procurement, public records, and energy transactions. Drafts and negotiates agreements, manages litigation and budgets, oversees Public Records Act processes, advises leadership and governing boards, and supports emergency response and nuclear plant refueling outages. Requires a JD, attorney experience, Washington bar eligibility, and nuclear plant access eligibility.

Design and assess mechanical systems for commercial buildings and Energy Northwest facilities. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, controls, load calculations, construction drawings, permitting, site surveys, inspections, cost estimates, value engineering, regulatory compliance, technical leadership, mentoring, emergency response, and outage support. A professional engineering license or Washington State reciprocity eligibility is required.
