Provide friendly, service-driven customer support in a convenience store: follow age-restricted sales laws, maintain cleanliness, replenish stock, complete assigned duties, report hazards, and ensure safe store conditions.

Support daily store operations, maintain clean and well-stocked locations, train and motivate employees, handle customer concerns, complete administrative duties, delegate shift responsibilities, and uphold company policies and customer service standards.

Partner with FP&A and business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, modeling, and performance analysis across retail, energy, fleet, car wash, and real estate. Build financial models, KPI dashboards, conduct scenario analysis, create ad hoc reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Provide customer service at a convenience store/gas station: greet customers, process sales, maintain store cleanliness, replenish stock, comply with age-restricted sales laws, report hazards or equipment issues, follow management directions, and perform routine lifting up to 50 pounds while adhering to safety procedures.

Own and execute the product roadmap for Heating Operations systems (CarGas ERP, portals, reporting, integrations). Act as liaison between IT, operations, and vendors to prioritize enhancements, ensure data integrity, improve reporting via SQL and BI tools, manage releases, resolve issues, drive user adoption, deliver training, and lead cross-functional projects to meet business goals.
