Administer and maintain employee benefit programs (ACA, COBRA, LOA), manage enrollments and QLEs, handle COBRA and billing reconciliation, maintain HRIS and carrier data, support open enrollment, produce benefits and payroll reports, ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness, and provide HR operational and payroll backup support.

Provide friendly customer service at a convenience store/gas station: follow company policies and federal/state laws (age-restricted sales), maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, complete manager-assigned tasks, report hazards or equipment issues, and follow safety procedures during emergencies or inclement weather.

Provide paralegal support for licensing, corporate governance, contracts, and legal operations. Manage filings, maintain corporate records and contract database, coordinate with regulators and outside counsel, support transactions and due diligence, conduct legal research, track compliance deadlines, and improve legal workflows and recordkeeping.
