Define and manage system and subsystem requirements for nanosat and smallsat projects. Collaborate with software and hardware teams, communicate with customers to translate needs into technical solutions, drive projects from concept to deployment, and evaluate/negotiation of satellite solutions to meet mission objectives.

Lead product assurance for spacecraft across lifecycle: develop strategy, ensure ECSS/NASA GEVS compliance, manage risk, oversee supplier audits, configuration control, testing, and launch/mission support while driving continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyze spacecraft telemetry, investigate anomalies, plan and execute payload commissioning, develop and maintain flight procedures and automation scripts, coordinate passes and contacts, support anomaly resolution and continuous operational improvement to ensure mission reliability.
